Superb quality sterling silver folding shoe horn and boot hook, London 1899 by silversmith Samuel Jacob, 4" long when folded, heavy, in very good condition with one small bruise at the end of the shoe horn.

Sterling silver top hair tidy, Chester 1923, has a small dent as shown, measures 3 1/4" across. The ultimate recycling tool - hair from a lady's brush would be placed in the jar and put to other uses such as pincushions, ratts for hair etc.
